Hi! I just want to say that its by no accident that you have come to this site! You see the picture of the little chapel is truly a place I believe that God has called us to go during our vacation, or a time in despair. This place is truly a place of worship and a place of meditation and peace. I want those of you who are searching for peace...to remember that God is alive as much as his son Jesus Christ. But always remember that the fires of satan are upon us daily, and the only one you can turn to is our God's only son...Jesus Christ. Anyway, come to this chapel for the first time...you will see what I'm talking about...Thanks!!!
I saw this place when I was very young; I've not had a vacation in 27 years, and I still see this place in dreams. PLEASE tell me you have a photo of this place large enough to serve as a wallpaper that you wouldn't mind sharing with me?
Thanks
Thank you for the photograph and comments. My Grandfather built this church.
I visited the chapel in the summer of 1971 and even today can feel the peace that I felt during that visit.
A visit to the Chapel was part of our family vacation when I was a child. "Church? On vacation, I thought?" Begrudgingly, I went, but not without protest.
Then, I was so awestruck that 40 years later, I insisted my husband and I return. He was just as moved as I was. Elizabeth, bless your grandfather for his contribution to this heavenly experience.
Clearly, this was a time when "God's in His Heaven and alls' Right with the World..."
I visited here 20 years ago. There's no place like it. I hope to go back this summer. I CAN'T WAIT. You can't sit there and look at those mountains and not BELIEVE CHRIST IS LORD.
