Xbox Game Recommendations?

We recently got a used Xbox and some games for it. (Amped, X-Men Legends and Tetris/Star Wars: Clone Wars [both on one disc].) We're having fun playing Amped and Tetris together but are interested in some other good 2-player games. Our favorite game on the N64 was Mario Kart, and Sherree's not a fan of action/shooter games.

Can anybody offer some suggestions of games we might like?
