The Illusionist Review

While The Illusionist was entertaining enough to keep my attention, that's really all it did. I generally enjoy movies that only tell you enough in a scene to keep things tense, interesting, and mysterious and force you to keep watching—but I felt this movie only really had the mysterious component. That's not entirely bad because I enjoyed watching Paul Giamatti and Ed Norton, as always. I wish they told us more about the ending when Inspector Uhl figures everything out.
