Bishop Swamp/Jurovaty Pond in Andover CT

This body of water goes by two names: Bishop Swamp and Jurovaty Pond. In either case, it’s located off of Jurovaty Road in Andover, CT, and is worth a visit (though probably only worth a visit). It’s not a big place, but I did find a few spots that were worth investigating: a large bird nest and a fair number of turtles, as well as a lot of shallow areas to explore.
