Out with the old and in with the new, part 2
Out with the old and in with the new, part 2
We’ve been using a DIY ceramic smoker for several years and have really enjoyed it. It showed us just how hard and easy it is to smoke food. However finding electric burners that fit and get hot enough is very difficult. All of last years smoking attempt failed because of that, in fact.
So, we decided it was time to move to the big leagues. Ceramic’s heat retention really proved itself so I wanted to get a similar style smoker/grill. This one also burns lump hardwood charcoal which will give a better smoke flavor and, of course, smells great.
