Making Applesauce

We’ve collected a variety of apples from local orchards, and a few weeks ago Sherree made applesauce from them. Patrick enjoys applesauce a lot. The lightest-colored jars are plain applesauce, the orange-pinkish jars contain peach applesauce, and the purple jars are blueberry applesauce.
