The highlight of my Japan visit has so far been to a small cake shop in Shibuya, Tokyo, called Pablo. Before we could even taste it, we spotted a line forming and could smell the baking. Through the windows we could watch the tarts being made, and saw that we were able to purchase a fresh, warm tart at the cash register. We were so excited to eat it that Aaron even helped with a goofy “unveiling” photo! The cheese tart is wonderfully light and fluffy, mildly sweet, and in a flaky crust. Absolutely wonderful.
