Recipe #8- Waffles I

Patrick was sick with a fever/stomach bug this weekend. Yesterday he woke up and claimed to be starving. (He hadn’t eaten any real food since Friday afternoon.) He wanted waffles, but we didn’t have any box pancake mix. The only recipe I had was too involved to hurry up and feed my hungry boy. So I did a quick search and found Waffles I.

It was quick to put together and turned out decent. Patrick had changed his mind about eating them by the time they were done, so he’ll have to comment on them next time.
