Recipe #27- Crispy Smashed Herbed Potatoes

This was another recipe from Taste of Home Simple and Delicious that did not tickle our fancy. The idea is there, but in this case the execution didn’t quite do it for us. I think it was because the skins got in the way and didn’t really crisp up right.
