Recipe #40- Soy Sauce Marinated Pork Chops

I came across this recipe in the Better Home and Gardens June 2015 issue. It seemed like a quick and easy weeknight dinner.

The pork chops were good, but nothing to write home about. Dan thinks that the marinade recipe would make an awesome dumpling dipping sauce, so that is what we are going to do with it.
