Pumpkin Seeds

I was talking with a woman at work the other day about pumpkins and pumpkin seeds. I've been craving them ever since. I love this time of year when I can cut into a fresh pumpkin, scoop out the seeds, roast them, and eat a great snack. I was so excited yesterday when I stopped by the farmers' market and saw two pumpkins!

We usually follow a recipe we found that we included in our favorite dishes recipe collection (page 58). The seeds are roasted with butter, worcestershire sauce, and salt. They are so yummy!!! Do you have a favorite recipe that we can try this fall?
