We Switched to Geico for Car Insurance

I feel like a TV commercial: "I switched to Geico and saved $345!" The truth is that we saved much more than that: nearly $2000 each year!

When I bought my Ford Explorer in 1999, The Hartford had struck a deal with Ford and offered some irresistable rates. They've crept up a little over the time, though there was a large jump after we we in a big accident a few years ago.

After receiving this year's renewal (with another increase) as well as a letter from the National Science Teacher's Association to Sherree about special savings through Geico, I decided to check it out. Their online quote tool makes it really easy. And I'm glad I did! We switched, have basically the same coverage, and are saving so much. Yay!
