Recipe #15- Chicken Tikka Masala

To my recollection, I’ve only tried Indian (or Indian-ish) food twice, and I wasn’t very receptive to it. I saw a recipe for Chicken Tikka Masala and thought that we could try it. It was simple and didn’t have a lot of ingredients. (The only thing I had to get was the garam masala and that was a good excuse to visit The Spicemill.) And you know what, we liked it.

I did cook the chicken with a cover because I wasn’t convinced it would cook through. And next time I would like it to be a bit spicier. I’ll probably put some hot sauce on my leftovers. There is way too much sauce, so I may have to figure out how to adjust ingredients.
