Recipe #23 - Overnight Pumpkin French Toast Casserole
I didn’t expect anyone here to try this with me, but that just means more for me! Overnight Pumpkin French Toast Casserole is an excuse to pretty much eat pumpkin pie for breakfast. The recipe came out of the Feb/March 2015 issue of Taste of Home.
I’m not one for egg dishes, but I love spiced pumpkin dishes. There was the French toast, the pumpkin pie custard, the cream cheese, and the nuts… all were so yummy! I’m hoping that it keeps in the fridge and reheats ok so I can have it for breakfast the next few days. :)
