Recipe #22 - Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Apple Cider Sauce

Another recipe that I’ve been holding on to try since 2011 (from Family Circle Magazine) is Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Apple Cider Sauce. Oh, so yummy. Dan says that he doesn’t understand the classic pairing of apple and pork. But I think that the mustard in this recipe is more the star of the sauce. In the past I haven’t been a fan of tenderloin, but this one came out so good. Definitely recommended!
