Recipe #33- Dad’s Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes

I saw this recipe in Taste of Home magazine and decided to try it. I thought that it was unique that the batter included cornmeal and oats. They really weren’t anything special. Dan could tell the oats were in there, but I didn’t think that they, along with the cornmeal and nutmeg, did anything for me. They weren’t bad, but they weren’t memorable either.
