Recipe #6 - Chicken Mozzarella with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

I saw this recipe floating around on Facebook, so I decided to try it. I didn’t think that Dan would like it much because it was a cream-based sauce. I was hesitant about the amount of tomatoes in the dish. But, it seemed like a dish that would be quick to make on a weeknight and it was worth a try.

I like the idea of the recipe, but it didn’t work for us. I was right and didn’t like the amount of tomatoes. I think the major flaw in this recipe is the amount of dried basil. It’s just WAY too much. And the dried basil taste was just off, compared to a dish that would use a little fresh basil at the end. So, we won’t be repeating this one.
