Recipe #11- You Won’t Be Single For Long Vodka Cream Pasta

Pasta is a weakness for me, and I really liked this recipe. Dan was sick at the time and wasn’t thrilled with it, but I loved it and I cook dinner. :)

I think that next time I won’t toss the pasta in the sauce as there was way too much sauce for that amount of pasta. I guess the other option is to make more pasta, but then we will have way too many leftovers. I think I also only used one large shallot when I made the recipe last time. I think that I’ll definitely try two next time. This recipe is a keeper! :)
