Recipe #30- Easy Chicken Paprikash

This recipe sounded like a quick weeknight dinner, and it delivered. As I noted, I forgot to buy tomatoes at the store, so I added some tomato paste with the paprika, and it was yummy. I also used smoked sweet paprika since that was the first paprika I found in our spice bin. Would definitely make this again!
