Recipe #44- Rocky Road Ice Cream

To say that we love ice cream, that would be an understatement. We have an ice cream maker, but we rarely use it. I came across this recipe, but I was skeptical because it didn’t have an egg base, and it just seemed unconventional using sweetened condensed milk. Well, it was delicious! And even though I’m not a fan of chunks of things in my ice cream, it was yummy. :)
